At Omë, every piece is carefully selected, restored, and documented. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of vintage clothing, all sales are final.

Our Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases where an item has a significant undisclosed defect that was not mentioned in the product description or shown in photos.

Before You Purchase

Please review all product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing:

All measurements are provided in the product description
Any known flaws, wear, or vintage characteristics are disclosed
Multiple photos show the item from various angles
If you have questions about an item, please contact us before purchasing

Understanding Vintage

Vintage clothing may show natural signs of age and previous wear, which adds to their character and authenticity. The following are considered normal vintage characteristics and are not grounds for return:

Minor fabric fading or color variation
Slight variations in sizing from modern standards
Patina on hardware or buttons
Minor wear consistent with the item's age
Vintage smell (all items are cleaned, but some vintage scent may remain)
Any flaws that were disclosed in the listing

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of both the item and packaging. We will file a claim with the carrier and provide a full refund or replacement.
